What may bring us here
Each person arrives for a different reason. Some have been living on alert for a long time, or feel they have drifted away from themselves in order to meet what life and relationships ask of them.
Others recognise patterns that keep repeating, even after they understand where they come from, or are going through a change that no longer allows them to go on living in the same way.
There are also those who are not facing any particular crisis, yet feel that some old ways no longer fit the life they wish to live, or who recognise the distance between what they understand and what they are truly able to live day to day.
The Community carries that recognition forward, so that it can find room in the body and in everyday life.
A path that deepens
The Community is organised into Spirals: year-long cycles in which we deepen the experience of being, beyond our habitual ways of defining ourselves.

First Spiral
Recognising what conditions us
The First Spiral opened a path of recognition: of the patterns that quietly organise the way we feel and respond to life, and of listening to the body as we move through emotions and relationships.
We explored survival patterns, the space before the response, grief and dissolution, emotions as a path of wisdom, self-compassion, authentic intention, aligned action, relationships, pleasure and integration.
Recognising was the beginning.
Now the path asks what lies beyond the story.
The content of the First Spiral is available in the Community area to all members, whenever they join.
Second Spiral: A Liberdade de Ser
Living beyond the story that has conditioned us
We ask what happens when we stop living so identified with what we learnt to be.
Sometimes we live caught in old stories that still try to protect us, or clinging to images of ourselves that we learnt to uphold as a way of feeling love and safety.
When we begin to recognise them gently, something finds room to breathe. The Second Spiral is born from this.
It does not seek to erase the past or to deny what has marked us. It invites us to discover a presence wide enough to hold our story without remaining limited by it.

The themes guide the path, while leaving room for what is alive in the group and in each person's experience.

The Comunidade Transformação Profunda (Deep Transformation Community) is an online space for practice, gathering and continuity. It is a path that brings together meditation, somatic practices and ancestral teachings, making room to feel more deeply and to live with greater freedom. Here we walk together, respecting each person's own pace.
Monthly subscription
40 € / month
For those who wish to take part month by month.
The subscription can be cancelled at any time. If it is cancelled before completing 12 monthly payments, access lasts until the end of the period already paid. After 12 successful payments, consolidated access to the path remains available in the Community area for as long as that area is maintained.
Annual plan
440 € / year
Equal to eleven monthly payments, it lets you stay for the whole Spiral with uninterrupted access to the Community.
Both options take you to the Visão Pura platform (plataforma.visaopura.pt), where joining, payment and the Community area are in Portuguese.
While your subscription is active, you have access to the Community area, the gatherings, the recordings, the practices and the Community materials.
If the monthly subscription is cancelled before completing 12 successful payments, access lasts until the end of the period already paid. After 12 successful monthly payments, consolidated access to the path remains available in the Community area for as long as that area is maintained. Amounts already paid are non-refundable.

Practical questions
- Do I need to have taken part in the First Spiral?
- No. The Second Spiral is also a way in. The gatherings and materials of the First Spiral remain available in the Community area, so you can return to them whenever it feels right.
- Can I join halfway through the year?
- Yes. You can join at any time, and you begin with the theme that is alive that month.
- What if I cannot make a gathering?
- The gatherings are recorded and remain available in the Community area, so you can follow them at your own pace.
- Where can I find the recordings and materials?
- In the Community area, together with the practices, the suggestions for integration and the content of earlier Spirals.
- Can I cancel the monthly subscription?
- Yes, at any time. If you cancel before completing 12 monthly payments, access lasts until the end of the period already paid. After 12 successful payments, consolidated access to the path remains available in the Community area for as long as that area is maintained.
- Is Santuário Vivo included?
- No. Santuário Vivo, co-created by Daniela Velho and Paulo Borges, has its own separate access and is currently in preparation.
