About

An inquiry that takes place in practice and in meeting others

One of the images that most inspired me when I began to open to other possibilities of consciousness was that of the Sky Dancers. In the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, they are figures of great symbolic and contemplative depth, understood in different ways as practice deepens.

From early on I associated these images with an experience of profound freedom and with the vastness of the space of consciousness. I feel they point to a reality that far exceeds what our habitual ways of perceiving can reach, and to ways of being we cannot yet imagine.

That openness to the unknown still moves me. It was precisely this openness that led me to want to understand how such a vast experience of freedom can become embodied in real, everyday life. For more than a decade I have been exploring consciousness and the body through practice, and how what we recognise deeply can transform the way we live.

My path remains rooted in the Buddhist tradition and has deepened through its encounter with somatic approaches and contemporary science. From this dialogue a psycho-spiritual approach has emerged, one that seeks to understand human experience without separating the psychological dimension from the contemplative one. Nature has also become inseparable from this inquiry, reminding me that we are part of wider cycles and of a deeply interdependent life that is constantly changing.

I try not to separate the contemplative dimension from life as it is lived.

What interests me is precisely this movement: letting vastness become embodied and letting freedom become a way of being, sustained by conscious presence even in moments of pain and change.

This is perhaps the question that runs most deeply through my work: what life becomes possible when we stop taking what we already know as the measure of what we can be?
